A student who withdraws from study before the start of the semester is entitled to a refund of the fees he paid after deducting an amount of (200) riyals as registration fees.
The student has the right to recover the tuition fees after deducting 30% of the fees paid if he requests withdrawal in the first week of the start of the semester.
If a regular student submits a request to postpone study at the time specified by the college, no tuition fees will be incurred for the semester he wishes to postpone. The tuition fees he paid will be kept as a balance for him and he will not be allowed to recover them.
A student who declines to continue studying for a semester is not entitled to a refund or carryover of the tuition fees paid
The student has the right to receive a full refund of semester fees if the program does not take place.
The student, at the time of requesting a refund of fees, must not exceed the end of the semester for which he or she wishes to refund his fees. The committee does not consider any claims submitted after the end of the semester.
In order to refund the student's tuition fees, it is necessary to provide proof of depositing the amount in the approved account at the bank and attach a copy of the student's IBAN card.
The college may return all or part of the tuition fees paid by the student for any program due to compelling circumstances presented by the student, along with attaching evidence of these circumstances, to the CEO. The matter will be presented to the Standing Committee for College Affairs for approval, and the percentage that will be returned to him shall be determined according to the committee's assessment of the situation.
