A brief idea about cooperative training
The cooperative training program within the CEAS
emanates from the necessity of achieving plenty of benefits that may be equally
profitable for the student and the local community. This is attained through
the fruitful collaboration between the CEAS on the one hand, and the efficient
labor sectors in the local community on the other hand.
The cooperative training is the accumulative outcome
of the complementary cooperation between the university Colleges and the labor
market in both the public and private sectors. It aims at helping the student
acquire the scientific capacity combined with the skills so that the student
can apply the academic knowledge acquired during the university years on the
down-to-earth reality, which can only result in actual development of the
student’s personality, acquired skills and self-confidence. It also provides
the student with a real work environment that is committed to the work basics
and regulations under mutual technical and administrational supervision. The
cooperative training is a compulsory subject for students in all the College
majors.
