Bio
Michael is a Professor of Construction & Engineering Management in the Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Al Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. Michael is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Project Managers and a Corporate Member of the British Institute of Facilities Management. His previous roles includes Director of the Built Environment Research Group, Course Director MBA in Construction Management, Course Leader BSc (Hons) Construction Management Michael has led the education and examination of hundreds of Construction Management students, Post graduate students and PhD students both in terms of general construction management but also in specialisms within Construction Education. He has been involved in Construction Estimating and Cost planning with specialism in Whole Life Cycle planning and Costings for over 30 years.
