Sabbah Ataya is a Professor of Materials Engineering and Manufacturing Processes in Mechanical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Al Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. Prof. Ataya is working on Materials development, materials characterization, and mechanical behavior of materials under different loading and deformation conditions. The fields of interest are: composite and advanced materials, alloys and microstructure development, engineering inspection and failure analysis, steel processing and roll pass design, finite element simulation, creep, wear and fatigue (LCF & HCF) of materials and wind turbine blade inspection and repair. Prof. Ataya is the author and co-author of more than 40 publications most of them is published in high impact factor international journals.
