The ​​​​Study Schedules and Exams Unit​​ Unit is responsible for the formulation of the academic program schedules and examination timetables, and for managing their implementation in the college.

Assigned Tasks

​The unit members are responsible for:​

• Setting up the operational plan of the unit and following up on the executive steps to implement this plan.
• Designing and formulating the class schedules of the college academic programs in coordination with the scientific departments.
• Verifying the fulfilment of class schedules of all academic programs and the assignment of all courses to the relevant teaching staff.
• Preparing final exam schedules of academic programs in coordination with the academic coordinators of these programs.
• Coordination with the Vice deanship for Educational Affairs to hold the exams related to the university requisite courses.
• Coordination with scientific departments in other university colleges to hold exams of the external courses listed in the college programs.
• Planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing the procedures of exams in coordination with scientific departments.
• Preparing classrooms and laboratories for the midterm and final exams in collaboration with the supervision of scientific departments.
• Coordination to provide adequate number of observers to cover the monitoring procedure of male and female students during the midterm and final exams.
• Preparing reports on every semester and the possible difficulties and proposing action plans for improvement and development.
