PNIRCS offers its service to the public as well as the private sector on a contractual basis in a manner designed to enhance the competency and efficiency of its clients’ projects. PNIRCS depends on the PMI project management methodology and carries out its work by making use of, and coordinating with, experienced consultants and experts in a wide variety of fields from within and outside the University.
