Training and Development 

 

PNIRCS aspires to participate in the development of human capabilities and to provide both public and private sector employees with the requisite knowledge and skills in a variety of specialized fields. It seeks to achieve this goal through comprehensive training programs that it offers, in an interconnected series beginning with training need analysis, followed by planning and program implementation, and concluding the process with evaluation and measurement of the effects of the training.  

In addition, PNIRCS offers training consultations, constructs training portfolios and is keen to constantly update content in accordance with developments in the field of training in order to increase the competency and productiveness of those enrolled in its programs.  

Throughout the academic year, PNIRCS offers specialized training programs in different fields, including programs devoted to cyber security and information technology, financial skills, administrative and leadership programs, human resources programs, and secretarial and office management. 

A total of 31 training projects have been offered by PNIRCS, from which 6338 trainees have benefited; representing 14 beneficiary organizations.
