Academic integrity is considered a fundamental pillar in academia. Academic integrity, according to its comprehensive concept, addresses plagiarism, cheating, scientific fabrication, obtaining unjustified academic advantage, aiding and abetting academic dishonesty, unauthorized access to official academic and administrative documents, and violation of intellectual property rights.

The Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education contributes to respecting and achieving academic integrity through the principles and principles of dealing with educational content in a way that guarantees intellectual property rights when designing, developing and publishing all digital educational materials and digital content of all kinds on the website or on e-learning systems. Therefore, it is considered a basic principle for e-learning systems in providing e-learning and distance education programs at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
