Support Services:

1. Responsibilities of the Administration Director:

  • Supervising the implementation of systems, regulations, and approved decisions in the employee affairs and financial affairs departments at the university.
  • Supervising the development of maintenance and service programs at the college.
  • Coordinating with the General Administration of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the university on all matters related to administrative tasks.
  • Organizing and preserving administrative documents in a manner that facilitates their retrieval and utilization.
  • Determining the administration's needs for human resources, equipment, and materials, and ensuring their availability.
  • Identifying the training needs of human resources in the administration and coordinating with relevant organizational units to meet those needs.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the administration's achievements and proposals for its development, and submitting them to the dean.
  • Any other tasks assigned within the scope of its responsibilities.

2. Authority of the Administration Director:

  • Monitoring the attendance and departure of administrative employees of the college through the fingerprint system.
  • Authorizing expenditures from the college's warehouse.
  • Keeping and monitoring the college's inventory records.
  • Approving receipt and delivery minutes, requesting the disbursement of materials, and transferring inventory.
  • Approving leave requests for all college staff, including administrative, technical, and research personnel, after the approval of their immediate supervisor.
  • Signing clearance forms for those whose work at the college ends.
  • Creating a personal file for each administrative employee at the college.
  • Recommending the assignment of employees to work outside official hours when required by the interest of work, according to regulatory principles.
  • Approving the completion of delegation tasks for college personnel, including administrative, technical, and research staff.
  • Recommending administrative penalties for department staff, according to regulations.
  • Issuing internal decisions necessary for the smooth running of work in the administration, according to regulations and guidelines.
  • Evaluating the performance of administration staff.
  • Approving expenditures from the administration's budget and funds, according to regulatory guidelines.
  • Submitting requests for the college's needs for human resources, financial resources, and various equipment.
  • Monitoring maintenance and installation operations at the college.
  • Following up on the college's educational and office advances with the university's financial administration, and disbursing according to regulations and guidelines.
