Student Affairs Administration

Objective:

The Student Affairs Administration in the college aims to provide support and assistance to students, addressing their issues, and overcoming difficulties related to their academic affairs throughout their educational journey in the college.

 

Mission:

To deliver high-quality student services alongside guidance and counseling for students in all aspects related to the educational process.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Welcoming new students and introducing them to the college's facilities.
  • Preparing the college's academic schedule in collaboration with the various departments.
  • Providing support and assistance to students during the registration process.
  • Monitoring student conferences and seminars, informing students about them, and encouraging participation.
  • Monitoring the performance of outstanding students in the college.
  • Coordinating the college's academic schedules, lecture halls, and laboratories with the Technical Affairs Administration.
  • Informing students of all updates related to their studies and the college via noticeboards placed throughout the college and the college's website, in coordination with the relevant administration.
  • Supporting departments in conducting midterm and final exams through the college's Exam Committee.
