·         (1984-1987), Research grant from the Government of France (LCPC of Paris) to analyze and design the behavior of concrete under temperature and humidity gradient transfer – Accomplished

·         (1988), Grant from the Government of Canada (College of Engineering Polytechnic of Montreal) to study the properties of some concretes – Accomplished

·         (1993), Grant from the Government of Sweden (Lund University); Development of new concretes – Accomplished

·         (1995-1996), Grant from the Government of France (LCPC of Nantes), to use industrial by-products in the civil materials- Accomplished
