The Field Training\Cooperative Unit is responsible for managing field experience in the college.

Assigned Tasks

The unit members are responsible for:

  1. Setting up the operational plan of the unit and following up on the implementation of this plan.
  2. Preparing a college guide booklet regarding the issue of field experience.
  3. Formulating a database encompassing the appropriate entities for training male and female students according to the college specializations and update these data periodically.
  4. Coordination with the suggested training entities to facilitate students' training process and overcome the possible obstacles facing them.
  5. Verifying the availability of the essential requirements of field experience in the training entities in compliance with the targeted standards and following up on the fulfilment.
  6. Providing the training entities with descriptions and approved forms of field experience to follow up and evaluate male and female students during the training period.
  7. Allocating male and female students to training entities in a manner that ensures fair and appropriate training opportunities.
  8. Solving the problems that might face male and female students and/or supervisors during the training period in coordination with the relevant scientific departments.
  9. Coordination with scientific departments to hold preparation courses for male and female students/supervisors before the commencement of training.
  10. Conducting opinion polls for the students concerning the training entities and the extent of benefits regarding field experience, and subsequently analyzing the data and preparing the related reports.
  11. Conducting opinion polls for the training entities concerning the knowledge, skills and values of male and female students, and subsequently analyzing the data and preparing relevant reports.
  12. Preparing quarterly reports on the work progress in the unit, the possible difficulties, and proposing actions for improvement and development.​
