Withdrawal of a Course
The student may withdraw with the exemption from a course, according to the following :
1 The student cannot withdraw more than two courses in a semester. 2 The College must approve the request to withdrawal. 3 The withdrawal must not cause the student's academic load to drop below the minimum which is 12 credit hours. 4 The number of semesters from which the student withdraws from one or two courses must not exceed four semesters.

Withdrawal of Semester | Student can request not to continue the current semester without being considered as failed, according to the following: - Student must submit a justification that is acceptable and approved by the College Council
- Student should request to drop the semester with in the first 10 weeks of the academic semester according to official academic calender.
- This excuse to drop the semester will appear in the student transcript as "W"
- The dropped semester will be counted in the total period required to complete the graduation.
- The student will not receive the university financial support.
- The student can only drop two consecutive semesters or three non-consecutive semesters during his stay at the University.
