Dr. Aba Al-Khail also signed a contract to operate three external institutes with courses in the State of Indonesia with the endowments of Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi, worth eight and a half million riyals, and a financing and support contract for scholarship students with the endowments of Saleh Al-Rajhi, with a value of seven and a half million riyals for more than two hundred grants. The agreement was signed by Amin General of the Foundation Abdul Salam Al-Rajhi.
He also signed memoranda of understanding with Aljomaih Charitable Foundation, represented by Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Aljomaih as well, Global Knowledge Foundation, Al-Mashreq Contracting Company and Al-Ruwad Group, and a cooperation agreement with Al-Afkar Company, where Sheikh Yousef Al-Ahmadi announced the company's donation of two million riyals as an endowment to the educational charitable fund at the university. His Excellency also honored Omar Babiker for financing an educational program in the College of Computer and Information Sciences and the College of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

2. Participating membership
- This membership is granted to those who interested in joining the unit and want to work in the programs and activities of the unit.

3. Honorary membership

A) Formation of the unity council
- Unity Council is consists of a group of members chosen as follows :
a) Head of the Unit who was the college vice for development and quality.
b) One of college staff from male students department nominated by college Dean.
c) One of college staff from female's students department nominated by college Dean.
d) Four owners of active membership were selected by the unit members.
- Membership duration in the council is two years renewable for one time.
- If the member of the council was absent three times respectively during the academic year without providing an acceptable excuse, the unity council will be consider him as resigned.
- If the member of the council were vacate for any reason, the council will select another member.
- The council selects one of its members to do the trusteeship of Council work.
- Form a committee by the dean of the college to supervise the process of secret ballot to choose the candidate members from the owners of active membership of the unit council.
B) Meetings of the unit council
Unit council was held four regular meetings each academic year , the meeting shall not be valid unless the attending of the majority of members , if the majority of the members didn't attend ,it becomes possible to hold another meeting in the next week and this meeting is valid with people who attend. The council has the right of holding extraordinary meetings whenever requested by more than half of its members, and in this case the meeting is limited to discuss the topics that the meeting held for. The decisions of the unity council is issued by the majority vote of the participants, and when the votes are equal, the vote of head of council is probably selected.
